Many years of dedication and development has allowed KTOC to assume a unique position in the world of selling petrochemicals. Through careful nurturing, we have successfully and fully integrated KTOC with in the Middle East. KTOC has full authority to sell various sized crude allocations to vetted and cleared international buyers.
KTOC has developed a large group of vetted and cleared major buyers of petrochemical products, i.e. airlines, cruise lines, railroads, governments, and international business groups. We’ve been successful in developing partnership agreements with a variety of refining facilities of various sizes and capabilities around the globe for the refining of crude allocations and have created logistical supply chains that can carry out the sustained movement of our product for guaranteed delivery to client refining facilities or storage farms.
KTOC adheres to the protocols established by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), which includes abiding by the code of Uniform Customs and Practices for Documentary Credit (UCP600), International Commercial Terms (IncoTerms), and, the Uniform Rules for Collections (UCP522).
KTOC conducts most of our business from the Emirate of Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates.
